    Our Client, a leading supplier in the garment industry, is seeking a Sales Manager to join their fast growing organization. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the sales department and producing and increasing revenue for the company.

    Essential Duties

    Job Responsibilities

    • Determine and implement sales strategy
    • Develop a comprehensive sales plan for the assigned region focusing on achievement of region sales objectives
    • Developing talent in order to improve team member output and growth while also identifying opportunities for improvement and addressing corrective action plans where needed
    • Manage, coach and mentor a team of inside and outside sales agents while working with your colleagues to drive profitability for the brand
    • Provide training to sales group and end users on the value of your products
    • Provide sales and technical coaching to ensure that sales agents have requisite skills to achieve sales goals
    • Manage a high level process, work flow & structure in order to work smarter, not harder
    • Coordinate the use of internal resources to develop key business opportunities


    • 5+ years of experience in buying or sales within the garment industry and prior experience as a Sales Manager


    • Knowledgeable in fashion, trend, sales and overall retail processes



    • Demonstrated strong leadership, relationship-building, and relationship management skills
    • Natural Leader with a consistent eye on what make sense for the business
    • Outstanding oral, written and verbal communication/presentation skills
    • High level of comfort in communicating with every level of an organization from top level executives to field personnel
    • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
    • Financially competent with respect to managing the sale’s budget and analysis of teams performance
    • Driven, self-motivated, hustler
    • Quick and eager to learn
