The Business Development Director is responsible for leading all aspects of the sales process, including systematic prospect targeting, development of opportunity-specific sales strategy, and responsible for the full life cycle of the sales process. A growth leader who supports efforts of various Firm offices and industries through direct prospecting, networking, attendance and participation with various industry, community, professional groups and networking associations.
The Business Development Director is responsible for driving growth of our professional services for their office and throughout the firm and within targeted industry segments. Business Development Director needs to represent all services provided by firm, across functional areas and demonstrate an ability to work closely with industry, practice area and line of business leaders in co-leading growth efforts. Must be able to work in a rapidly changing environment and provide timely, high-quality and accurate work product.
