The Director will be part of the Advisory team as well as function as the primary support of Tax M&A. The Scheduling Manager will be a member of the team responsible for scheduling within the Massachusetts offices. This individual will be responsible for managing the scheduling of assignments and utilization of staff through manager for the Audit and Business Tax teams. The individual will work closely with the Practice Group Leaders, Partners and engagement team members and must be able to work in a rapidly changing environment and provide a timely, high-quality, and accurate work product. This position requires the individual to be a critical thinker be capable of prioritizing competing requests, and making independent strategic decisions regarding the scheduling process.
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the management of day-to-day human resources functions for the Woodcliff (WCL) office. In close partnership with the CHRO, HR team and WCL office partners, the HR Manager will be responsible for managing and implementing existing HR services, processes, policies, and programs. The HR Manager works operationally to support the strategic objectives of the Firm.

This role requires a very high level of professionalism in communicating with both external and internal contacts and the individual should have the ability to exercise independent judgment in such dealings. An advanced proficiency in administrative skills including communication and technology is required. Must be able to work in a rapidly changing environment and provide a timely, high-quality, and accurate work product.
This position will be focused on providing day-to-day, high-level administrative support, as well as completing independent project assignments, to partners and multiple client service professionals in our Middletown and Poughkeepsie NY offices. During Tax Season – January to April, the individual will need to work in our Poughkeepsie, NY office 2 to 3 days a week and in Middletown, NY 2 to 3 days a week. After tax season – May to December, the individual will need to work in Poughkeepsie 1 day a week and Middletown 4 days a week.
